The Supreme Council of Judicature is composed of the members of the Supreme Court.
In the competence of the supreme Council of Judicature lies the appointment, promotion, transfer, termination of appointment, dismissal and disciplinary matters of judges of subordinate (inferior) Courts. (Assize Courts, District Courts, Family Courts, Industrial Dispute Court, Rent Control Court and Military Court). |
