CONCENTRATED PROJECTS OF WDD- THEIR BUDGETS |

1. | In the Planning Period 2014-2020 the Water Development Department (WDD) promotes the implementation of 11 projects, of an approximate total value amounting to €170 million for Co-financing from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and in particular, from the following Programmes/ Funds: |
(i) | Rural Development Programme (RDP): 2 Projects. Value €4.5 million. |
 | • | Use of recycled water in Agriculture: Construction of a recycled water storage tank in Anthoupolis & an Irrigation network |
 | • | Innovative technology applications in irrigation networks: pilot application in Kokkinochoria area. |
(ii) | Political Cohesion Fund- Business programme for Sustainable Development & Competitiveness. 9 Projects. – Value €147 million. |

2. | This Report focuses on the 9 projects of the WDD which are either included or are intended to be included in the Business Plan on Sustainable Development & Competitiveness (BP- SDC) of the Cohesion Fund (CF), with the Intermediate Body (IB) being the Audit Directorate of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works. |

3. | The list of these 9 projects, the assessment of the budget and their expected completion date are included in the following Table 1- Potential Co-financed projects of the WDD, and they have been allocated into 2 categories as follows: |
 | Α. | WDD included Projects (there is an invitation from the IB and submission of an application) |
 | Β. | WDD projects intended to be included (there is an understanding and an invitation will be sent). |

4. | Furthermore, the WDD included four (4) more projects in Table 1, allocated in 2 categories, as follows: |
 | Γ. | (2) Projects whose beneficiary and Operator is the SBLA- Payment by WDD |
 | Δ. | (2) New intended WDD projects- May be potentially co-financed |

5. | This report also includes a description of every project concerning a) its object and the way it will be implemented, in other words the number of its stages or contracts, b) its existing physical progress and the expenditure as well as c) details about its co-financing stage in other words whether the invitation has been issued or the application submitted and also, the amount to be absorbed. |
